These terms govern use of exmartenergy.com and the ExMart Energy client platform. Using either means you accept them.
The platform is for registered businesses trading physical energy products, acting through an authorised representative. It is not for consumers.
Do not misrepresent your identity, authority, product, or the status of a transaction. Do not attempt to identify a masked counterparty, circumvent an introduction, or share confidential material outside the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Submission does not create a contract, guarantee a match, or oblige ExMart Energy to act.
The platform, its content, structure and branding remain the property of ExMart Energy. Your submitted commercial content remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to review, qualify and match it.
ExMart Energy is not liable for commercial losses arising from a counterparty's conduct, from a transaction that does not complete, or from decisions you take on information provided through the platform.
