Every participant is verified before transacting: company registration, authority to trade, authorised representative identity, ownership, and banking references.

Parties, representatives and beneficial owners are screened against applicable sanctions lists, politically exposed person databases, and adverse media. Screening is repeated when circumstances change.

Suspicious activity is reported to the compliance team and, where required by law, to the relevant authority. Reports may be made confidentially.

Verification records, screening results, introductions and audit logs are retained for the period required by applicable law.

Compliance review supports informed decision-making. It does not replace your own legal, financial, technical or regulatory due diligence, and it is not a guarantee of a counterparty's conduct.
